Consisting of several buildings, this Museum displays lots of collections about the area’s past, including a fascinating Iron Age Logboat, Roman glass, medieval jewellery, a large pottery collection and objects found from a shipwreck in Poole in the early 16th century, as well a 1950’s style kitchen.

Here you can stroll around the beautiful collection of gardens of different styles, which include a Japanese garden with a Tea House and pond, along with sculptures and Japanese Wisteria.
